Fredric G. Maupin, M.A., Ed.D.

Fredric is experienced in training design, delivery and organization interventions. He is currently working in partner with Hickling & Associates to improve Facilities Operations in higher education institutions through process mapping; process re-design and implementations of those re-designs. He has provided management and supervisory training; performance management training; inter-department conflict resolution; and the implementation of performance management systems. He has facilitated problem solving and strategic planning meetings with senior management and assisted front line employees to become self-managed teams. His doctorate is in human performance technology from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

Teresita Castro-McGee, Ph.D.

Teresita is an experienced designer of training programs and an excellent instructor. She has provided management and supervisory training; performance management training; stress management training, and the implementation of performance management systems in numerous organizations throughout the United States, and Mexico. She has developed training programs on a wide range of topics for the University of California, Davis, Extension. She has trained staff at all levels on a wide range of topics in a variety of settings. Her enthusiasm, humor and sensitivity make her a favorite instructor.
